BingshanRefrigeration&HeatTransferTechnologiesCo.,Ltd.PublicNoticeofDividendDistributionforyearof2025BingshanRefrigeration&HeatTransferTechnologiesCo.,Ltd.anditswholemembersofBoardofDirectorsensurethatthepublicnoticeisreal,accurateandcomplete,andtherearenoanyimportantomissions,fictitiousstatementsorseriousmisleadingcarriedinthisnotice.Thedividenddistributionplanforyearof2025underthenameofBingshanRefrigeration&HeatTransferTechnologiesCo.,Ltd.(the“Company”)hasbeendeliberatedandapprovedattheAnnualShareholders'GeneralMeeting2025heldonMay21,2026.IfthetotalcapitalstockoftheCompanychangesbeforetheimplementationofequityallocation,itwillbeimplementedinaccordancewiththeprinciplethatthetotalallocationremainsunchanged.ThetotalsharecapitaloftheCompanyhasnotchangedduringtheperiodfromthedisclosuretotheimplementationofthedividenddistributionplan.ThedividenddistributionplanimplementedisconsistentwiththeplanexaminedandpassedbyShareholders'Generalmeeting.ItisnotmorethantwomonthsfromimplementationdayofthedistributionplantothedaythatShareholders'Generalmeetingexaminedandpassed.Distributionforthedividendforyearof2025isdisclosedas:
