June 11-13: The 10th Indonesia Water & Wastewater Expo and Forum (IWWEF) was grandly held in Jakarta, Indonesia. Organized solely by Indonesia's National Water Association PERPAMSI, IWWEF stands as Southeast Asia's largest and highest-level water industry summit. Under the theme "Innovation Driving Water Security," this year's event convened Indonesia's Ministry of Public Works, 34 provincial water utilities (PDAMs), the International Water Association (IWA), and global technology providers. Discussions centered on three critical areas: smart pipe networks, industrial wastewater zero-discharge, and island freshwater supply, establishing a strategic bridge for industry-wide technology sharing and project implementation.
During the expo, theWillfar Informationteam engaged in intensive discussions with key stakeholders including Surabaya, local software company, and international investors to explore collaborative pathways in smart water management technology. Concurrently, AMI Solutions expert represented the company at the "National Water Meter and Legal Metrology Standards Implementation Seminar," delivering a keynote speech titled "Innovation and Application of Ultrasonic Water Meters." He shared China's innovative practices in efficient metering, leakage control, and water-energy synergy within smart water systems, sparking deep resonance among attending experts.
